“I wish to thank you and your staff for being so diligent and kind. I think you are great, but I hope I never have to see you again under such circumstances.”
"As soon as I walked in I felt a sense of relief. They took us right in made him comfortable and made me feel better too. They were quick and told me what had to be done. The staff was wonderful and very kind. You can definitely see when someone cares and enjoys their job, and all of the staff do care and obviously like their careers... I CAN NOT THANK ALL OF YOU ENOUGH FOR ALL YOU DO. I LOVE ALL DOCTORS AND NURSES BEYOND IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU ALL WE WOULD NOT BE HERE. Thanks again to all of you who helped my brother bear" -Gloria S.
"Mia received the best care while she was there. Everyone was so compassionate and caring. I could call and check on her progress any time. I had never been to an emergency animal clinic before and I was very impressed with the staff - from the receptionists (I saw two different ones) to the doctors. Even though I hated leaving her there overnight, I wasn't worried about the care she would receive. Thank you to all who helped us." -Darlene S.
"Overall my experience at the EAC was the best I have ever had. The staff is so friendly. They calmed us down and made us feel like everything was going to be okay and they we didn't need to worry. We are so happy with our experience that we would love to only have Tonka seen at the EAC. The receptionist was very upfront with us and we knew exactly what it was going to cost us. I am very happy to say that today Tonka is a very happy puppy and acts like he was never sick and he was only in their on Saturday. We are very grateful and love the EAC. Thank you girls for saving our puppy!!!!!!!! " -Thomas I.
"I was beyond impressed with the Scottsdale EAC when my weiner dog, Dimmu, was sick. Every receptionist, technician, and veterinarian was professional and compassionate about caring for Dimmu; and as a client who stayed at the clinic while he was hospitalized, observed this behavior repeatedly as staff interacted with patients and their owners. As a member of the veterinary field, my experience will be shared and recommended with other professionals, clients, acquaintances, and loved ones. Thank you, so very much Scottsdale EAC, for giving Dimmu the love and care he needed pre and post gastrotomy. He would not be recovering as successfully without your help!". -Rio Elena L.
"I could not have asked for better treatment, for myself or my dog, when we needed it most. The staff, including the receptionists, triage, vets, nurses, etc., were so understanding and compassionate. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their care. My dog was given only a 35% chance of survival, and I ended up bringing him home the next day! I do not believe this would have been possible without the excellent care and attention he received. I am forever in debt to the staff at Emergency Animal Clinic, and will highly recommend you to anyone needing emergency veterinary care." -Sandra K.

Our Emergency Vets at Work

The experienced professionals of the EAC are here when you need them, anytime of the day or night.  Our team works with your primary care veterinarian to provide the best medical and/or surgical care for your companion.  We will provide the specialized care needed to save your pet’s life.  You should seek emergency care immediately if your pet is injured, develops signs of serious illness or ingests a toxic substance.

Upon arrival at any one of our EAC locations, a client administrator or triage veterinary technician will greet you.  Your pet will be assessed by a triage technician prior to evaluation by our emergency veterinarian.  If your pet requires immediate assistance, the technician will ask for permission to bring your pet directly to our treatment area for rapid assessment.  Like most human emergency rooms, our patients are seen on the basis of medical priority, with the most life-threatening cases first.

We are equipped to handle a wide spectrum of emergencies with your pet.  Our staff strives to make this very stressful time as easy as possible for you.  Diagnostic and treatment options, along with an estimated cost, will be discussed upon consultation with the veterinarian.  You are encouraged to ask questions and visit with your pet while in our hospital.
